jQuery UI Account Dialogs 6.x 1.0
Correctly installed the jQuery UI Account Dialogs module (jquery update 1.3.2 and jquery UI 1.7.3 plus themes) , got it working just fine except for one side effect:

One side effect was that on the Block Admin page, the page is displayed in the Admin Theme (Rubik), even though it shows the Site Theme is selected (Custom theme). Turning on/off Admin Theme, or switching Admin theme to something else has no effect.

The effect is that regions for the Site Theme aren't listed, and the blocks that are in those regions don't appear in the correct place - it's causing the theme switch for that block admin page to not function.

Turning the jQuery UI Account Dialogs module off restores the correct function of the Block Admin page.
