Hi, DutCo Corp is needing some help setting up some Drupal based websites, template creation and perhaps some custom code.
We are soliciting professionals on guru.com; project ids 282364 and 281628, but are preferring Drupal and other OS contributors.

Hi Tom,
Let me know a few more details. Project #282364 did not seem to exist on guru.com, and details are scarce on #281628 (due to the fact that I am not a paying member).
Templates (#281628) would be no problem, and setting up an installation (perhaps a multisite) on your server is also no problem. We could do a project-based rate or hourly rate.
What sort of custom code do you think will be involved? This would help us determine whether such a project is in our scope or if we could perhaps recommend some other option(s) to you.

Here is the solicition description:
DutCo Corp is seeking professional(s) to provide on call technical support for the Drupal CMS.
The request is primarily to assist in the creation of several Drupal based websites, but expertise will likely be needed for future maintenance and customization.
Only respondents with Drupal expertise. Those with knowledge and expertise with OO, Econ and MultiSites modules will be preferred. Preference will also be given to:
* OS / Drupal contributors.
* SVN users.
* Chat, email and phone communication.
* Availability.
* Web/Linux programmers.
As for the templates, it is somewhat vague on purpose. With guru.com, rather than post all the detail to the public, you can post just the general skills required. Interested parties respond with a bogus bid and then I get to communicate with them directly to share info privately and get an accurate quote. I do not think guru charges developers unless you use their paysafe or escrow service.
The guru template solicitation:
DutCo Corp is seeking experienced web programmers to implement graphical mock-ups into Drupal 5.x compliance templates. We have three separate templates for three separate websites. Applicant maybe awarded all or only one.
We are looking for state of art the templates that are light weight, fast, user friendly, broad browser compatibility (ie5-7 mozzilla, safari) and that are damn good looking.
Applicants should obviously have established experience in template creation and design for PHP based content management systems.
We have professionally designed corporate imaging, including web page mock-ups and our server runs Apache 2.x and PHP 5.x.
The following will be major criteria along with the norm contractor evaluation.
* Template refinement and quality.
* Usability features such as ajax and web 2.0 features.
* ETA of completion.
* Applicants past portfolio and reviews.
Although not required, I would like an applicant that could use our SVN for the development of the templates.

past experaince, portfolio, and typical rates. I will provide details to a selected audience.
