If I create a main task (the task table in the database is empty), and following a subtask of that task the hierarchical view at mysite.com/tasks shows that the subtask is a child of an "Unknown Task".
I can't see the logic in the fields of the tasks_advanced table ...
Does this issue have a relation with: http://drupal.org/node/117487 ?
Any idea's ?

Yep. That issue should have been fixed in CVS. You will want to get the latest development snapshot from HEAD.
