I am using Inline for version 5 and it isn't working. Settings are correct and attaching file and using syntax [inline:logo.jpg]. I think it has to do with my CCK - there is a option "Display attachments inline automatically" which it does not let me save anything other than "disabled".

Are you trying to use Inline in conjunction with custom CCK content type fields?
