Something that was noticed that when ping.fm is in debug mode ping fm's recent post doesn't show the post. It was tested to prove that as long as ping fm is actually posting content some where the post does show up in the recent post for the same account that had ping fm had been in debug mode.
So would be helpful if either when the node is saved or during creation that there be a message letting the user know that ping.fm module is in debug mode.

This is currently fixed in the dev version and will be in the next release.
