Video element disappears from drop down menu

When attempting to manage fields for the new Video content type, and adding a video field, the Video choice disappears from the drop down menu 'Form element to edit the data.' and I get an error message stating I made an invalid choice. Is there anything I can do to keep this from happening and allow the video choice to remain in the drop down menu? I have enabled the Video module and the Video Upload module, am using CCK 6.x-2.9 and FileField 6.x-2.10 under Drupal core 6.22.

The error that appears in the logs is

max(): Array must contain at least one element in /Library/WebServer/Sites/Drupal-test/modules/cck/includes/content.admin.inc op regel 241.

followed by
