Hello community i have the following problem pop up as i finish installing Drupal 7.8 on my server through File Zilla:

PDOException: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'wallartc_drupal.semaphore' doesn't exist: DELETE FROM {semaphore} WHERE (value = :db_condition_placeholder_0) ; Array ( [:db_condition_placeholder_0] => 4428433554e80ea93ef6ba8.35891037 ) in lock_release_all() (line 269 of /home/wallartc/public_html/includes/lock.inc).

this shows right as i send all the files into my public_html
Could I be advice on what to do
I have read all the previous documentation about this case and no solution for my particular site

Could you clarify where the error dialog pops up? It sounds like you are transferring the files via FTP, but that error message looks like one that PHP would spit out in a browser. Please explain your steps a little further.
