update.php not working after upgrading to 2.6

I can't tell if this is a core issue or with the module but I couldn't get any help in the main forum. Basically I have uploaded the new files from 2.6, upgrading from 2.4 I go to update.php and everything looks fine until I get to the select updates area. The 1st indicator that something is wrong is that the list shows up completely expanded and I can see a list of all modules. There is no way to collapse it either, as I have been able to do in the past. It looks like the UC_Cart module is what is holding this up. Its stuck on 6202. When I click update, it takes me to the next screen and says updating. It then goes no further. Any ideas?
