Hi,
thanks for the module. I feel great powers at my hand but somehow I don't get a working pdf form going.
The only working pdf was made from a very basic form in open office. But I need one made from docx. I've tried to convert with Acrobat Pro and to create a form with LiveCycle. nothing works. When coming in with these pdfs the server will simply not respond any more.
So what is the best way to create a solid proof form?
regards
roger

rogerpfaffTo give the answer by myself: So far the only way I was able to create a working template was in Open Office Writer.
I think the problem with the other tools are the field names. Adobe Live Cycle for example has field names like form[0].page1[0].fieldname[0] and they seem to conflict with the replacements.
