issues:
* The autocomplete shows values that are above the selected parent term
* The new tags are added with a parent of the vocabulary instead of the parent term

that0n3guy commentedOhhh, gotcha... content_taxonomy is about a million times simpler in D7 (since most of what it did in d6 is now in core) so figured it was something simple.
