2 Blocks on one page causes "email field required" error.

Issue Summary

On one page of a site I have two blocks connecting to the same CC account. Each contains one field, the email field, and a submit button. The only difference between the two blocks is one form adds the email to one specific email list while the other adds it to a different list on the same account. The client is asking for this setup as a preference as they only want the user signing up for the second list on this page only (no other page of the site). Depending on the order I place the two blocks, the second block will throw an "email field required" error unless I fill in both forms. The first block submits with no error.

Is there a way to get around this? Thanks!
