Scrolling is not working jcarousel block

I have read the documentation rand followed every steps written in this link http://drupal.org/node/309778

I have downloaded Jcarousel plugin from the link http://sorgalla.com/jcarousel/ and copied the internal folder and files in Jcarousel folder

The block is displayed in the node but the scrolling is not working.

What I am missing?

Another thing.. Is it possible to display images in the block with title and description.
