Currently there is no way to see people who subscribed in a list, shouldn't there be a way to view/delete subscribers while viewing a list detail?

Nope this has never been an option in the module.
You can view subscribers of a certain list via the constant contact site.
Alternatively you can use drupal to view people you know are subscribed and delete them or edit the lists their subscribed to via drupal.
This may be added in a future release but no plans exist to add it at present.
