How to display a specific view in the "Display Name" tooltip

Hello,

hope this is the right place to post this.

I have created a view that display author's first level information. I'd like to make in sort that this information appear in the tooltip when the mouse is over the display name. For example like in Linkedin when you put your mouse over a name.

I saw a some tooltips module but can't figure out how to do this?
