Is there a set of simple instructions for a php/drupal newbie to change the look of a view - I have a custom content type defined called press releases and I want a view of the teasers of the latest 3 press releases to show in the right bar with a border around the box and the font-size, family to be one defined by me.

I am not getting how to use the theme wizard after multiple searches and readings of the content on drupal - including the one below:

Any pointers would be much appreciated.
