I think that the "filter" module is one of the most useful in drupal. Loosing it in the 5 version would be a great lost - in my opinion. Any chance to have a 5 version sooner or later?

Yeah sorry about the delays - I'm about to start work on the update of http://ilign.com to Drupal 5. Taxonomy Filter will the the first bit updated :)
