Hi

First I have downloaded the basic DD block module and used Image for slide show. the size of the images are ok in Internet explorer but the images are cropped in other browser. i am attaching three image from Internet explorer, Mozilla Fire fox and Google Chrome. How can I fix this?

After that I have tried dynamic display block module. And tried the themes “ upright10p to upright60p”

2. My advance DD block is displayed nicely . But the size of the block is small. I want to make it like the banner of the website. How can i change it?

3. Can I use only image instead of any content type for advance dynamic display module? For that what step should I follow?

4. I have placed the custom folder in my theme folder which contains the theme “ upright10p to upright60p”. Now I have seen an example of the theme “chromatic-blue40l” and I want to use this theme. Can i use this theme without replacing the other themes? What steps I need to follow?

The size to show can be changed in the configuration page of the basic slideshow.
The basic options can not use slideshow themes.
The slideshow themes can only be used with the advanced options.

2.) Sizes of slideshow themes can be changed in the css file of the slideshow theme.
3.) The advanced slideshow option needs a content type and a view.
4.) Other slideshow themes can be placed in the same directory as the upright themes.

Hope this helps you further, please let me know.

Thanks for your quick response.
My problem for Basic Dynamic Display block is : The slide show size is different in IE, Mozilla and google chrome.

I have set the size of the content container and image settings in block configuration page. the size are ok in internet explorer but they are small in the other two browser.
If you see the attached screen shots with my issue.. you will get a clear idea.

Another question is it possible to display multiple blocks in slide show... (In Basic Dynamic Display Block / Advanced Dynamic Display Block)

(although I guess the answer is no for my 2nd question but i am asking the question to confirm ... )

I would need to have a link to the site to see why it is different in IE, FF and chrome.

You can combine as much slideshow on a page, but you can not combine basic and advanced ddblock functionality in one slideshow.
What would you like to accomplish?

i am currently developing my site in local server. Its not on a web server till now. I ll try to upload it asap and then i can give you the link.

I guess my 2nd question was not clear enough. I was not trying to combine the basic and advance ddblock functionality in one slide show.

I want to display multiple blocks ( general blocks not DD block) in a slide show. Actually the requirement of my client is critical.

I have used several Tabbed Block for the website and want to use one tabbed block per slide in the slide show.

Please see the attached image... there are three tab in one content... each three is display three different content. when scroll to the other slide it will display another tabbed content like this.

to solve tabbing issue i have used tabbed block. but the slide show is problem

is DD Block supports this?

It is not possible to show drupal blocks as content of a ddblock slideshow
