Issue Summary
Hi. I'm in the UK and notice that the "expires on" that is printed on the product page under the discounted price is in the format 2011-10-02 23:59 when in the UK wit would be 2011-02-10 23:59
I made sure the date was configured correctly at admin/settings/date-time/formats but it had no effect. Is it possible to use the date api or default system settings to make the format more international?
