is banner image menu out of sequence?

This is not a significant error but it is confusing when setting up the banner images and titles ..

In admin > appearance
under "banner managment" (typo error here .. perhaps correct to "management")

the banner Image list reads ....

Image 1: Title for image 5
Image 2: Title for image 6
Image 3: Title for image 4
Image 4: Title for image 3
Image 5: Title for image 2
Image 6: Title for image 1

this is the baseURI .. link to the menu (which needs to be corrected)

In which file(s) in the theme can the menu links to images be edited / corrected?

I can't get this menu of links to read as expected:

Image 2: Title for image 2

Image 6: Title for image 6
