Right after install i can access to /admin/structure/formatters/ to edit/list/add new custom formatters, but once i clear the cache the same url return me to the structure page.
Is it a bug someone else got because i can't find any issues about it.

tempo22 commentedA bit more info about this, i don't know if those 2 errors are related.
After a while, the menu are back ( i don't know what bring them back ) but i have this error : Notice: Undefined index: export in ctools_export_crud_load() (line 75 of /sites/all/modules/ctools/includes/export.inc).
If i flush cache, the error goes away and so does the formatters pages...

simondoyle commentedI have the same issue - I'm on on Drupal 7.8.
Going to /admin/structure/formatters bumps me back to /admin/structure
The menu item for Formatters disappears from /admin/config and /admin/structure
Clearing cache generally restores it.
Existing formatters are unaffected.

hixster commentedupdate - flushed cache 3 times and same result, no access to formatters. I just disabled the developer modules and flushed again - now they are back.Keep losing access to the formatters section. Occasional 'access denied' after saving formatters, due to lost menu item.
Need to disable deve modules, flush cache and re-enable.
