bluemasters themes resoultion gets changed in IE

Hi

I am using bluemasters theme. My development environment is ubuntu. The resolution is great with firefox. But when i try the same site in windows, Internet Explorer, resolution of the size gets expanded and looks weird.
Please help in this regard
