Instructions say:

"INSTALLATION
============
1. Place the "autosave" folder in your "modules" directory.
2. Download the Form plugin (with AJAX) and place it in the autosave folder as form.js."

Where do you get the "Form plugin" from?

I can't get it working though. I get the following error.
