Issue Summary
I think "Hong Kong" should be listed at country field of user information in drupal.org. It's because Macau is already listed as a country as well, which Macau and Hong Kong are two special administrative regions of China.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hong_Kong
Therefore, I feel it is a bit strange for me to select 'China' as my country, but I am not living in Mainland China and Macau are on selection list.
The better naming for both regions should be 'Hong Kong, China' and 'Macau, China'.
Thanks for your consideration.

strictly speaking, hong kong is not a county, from the wikipedia entry:
"While Hong Kong is not an independent country,..."
but since it is a political decision to create or refuse this entry, i think other webmasters need to look at this

Quick resolve of this issue should be directed to this: http://www.iso.org/iso/en/prods-services/iso3166ma/02iso-3166-code-lists...
its a standard body that determines what is and isn't a country.
I have this in a text file and a program that commits it to a database if you guys want it. I am using it for a project that deals with location based stuff. Its rather large and I don't want to attach a file unless people want it

Hong Kong was on that list, so I added it. I also added the Holy See.
