When you add a layer it gets displayed way too high.
The image attached explains it all ;-)

Extra info : in the editor the text is positioned above the layer that contains the image

This version of TinyMCE is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
