advanced help popup display help in a different color scheme than the one of my theme

I am having a minor issue ... my theme's color scheme is grey but advanced help would use the default color scheme of my theme (a beautiful pink).

I have created a theme ("pixture_project") which is a sub-theme of "pixture_reloaded" (which is itself a sub-theme of "adaptive theme"). In my theme, I am reimporting all settings and configuration from "pixture_reloaded", and so far, my theme "pixture_project" is only about correcting minor issues (such as changing the weight of some text, from bold to normal, etc.) so nothing fanciful.

Pixture reloaded does support the color module (allowing you to change the color theme of your site in a quick way). The default color scheme of "pixture_reloaded" is a beautiful pink. Since my own theme inherit everything from "pixture_reloaded", my default scheme color is also "pink".

But, I am no fan of pink, so I configured the color scheme of my website to be a boring (but pleasant to the eyes) grey. So the funny thing, is that when advanced help is displayed as part of the page (i.e. not in a popup windows), the help is displayed in the correct color scheme (grey). But if the advanced help is diplayed in a popup, the help is displayed using the default color scheme (pink).

As a temporary measure, I will update the theme so as to have my color scheme as the default one ... but there is a minor issue there, and it might surprise some.
