Did anyone succeeded in making Cufon domain acess aware?
All the subdomains I created are not rendering the Cufon fonts.
It only works on my main domain.

I don't use Cufon. If it saves settings in the {variables} table, use Domain Settings module or ask the maintainer to support hook_domainbatch().

A quick glance at the Cufon code suggests that this will only work if you have a theme per domain, due to how Cufon loads its files.
