We need to decide which triggers and actions needs to be available.
The ones that are available now is user login and logout, comment operations (insert, update, delete).
The ones i'm thinking of is the node operations, is the node operations.
Feel free to ask for other ones.

ok, i've removed nodejs_ajax from the 6.x-1.x-dev branch.

right now, the priority is getting a working set of modules so we can release the 6.x branch - i'm totally open to adding it back later.
