how to modify tag user to take user list from a certain content type?

Hi Guys,

I need to know is it possible to take taguser module and instead of taking the user list from the "table user" can we pull the information from specific content type that we have established the user list with?

I am trying to do this, but I messed up.
any help on this will be very2 gratefull!
