No BODY field when I try to add a page

Well not exactly off to a great start with D7 sorry to say.

So I just installed D7 on my Hostmonster shared host.

Go to create new content - Create Basic Page.

Content creation form looks nice except one (critical) thing missing.
There doesnt appear to be any "body" input field.
So I can create a page with a title, a url but no content!

Same problem with - Create Article.

I've even tried switching to Garland for the admin theme.
Still no joy :-(

Using version 7.8

Are there any known issues with the one click installer scripts for D7?
