APC gives me localhost path to images/css

Issue Summary

Hello,

I installed Cache Router and I'm trying to use it with APC. The only problem is that when creating the cache it sometimes generates links to images and css files from views using http://localhost... which obviously is not going to work. And its not consistent. I tried clearing the cache several times and sometimes it works and others it does not.

I'm I missing something here? Is there a way to make it so it generates relative paths instead of absolute paths?
