Pretty major bug fix so rolling as a full release. This now supports if it doesn't know what to do with the role it gets / if there is no match. Otherwise it would have error'ed out.
Organic groups user roles is no longer required in order to use the role mapping capabilities. Very useful in putting users in groups yet setting their role globally.
Initial commit based on the drupal.psu.edu branch. The dev is stable enough for production use (on initial commit) and will be converted to a stable version for ELMS beta1.
