Abstracted additional functionality from what was originally written for just elms. This also marks the first full release for this project off of the PSU FServer as it's been stable enough to warrant a release.
Initial commit based on the drupal.psu.edu branch. The dev is stable enough for production use (on initial commit) and will be converted to a stable version for ELMS beta1.
