Module had to be removed to re-enable functionality of the site.

Please don't file tickets about code that doesn't exist / isn't used here. That external link is not checked in: the code here is:
1) implementing OpenID supporting functions directly in PHP / Drupal, not using external libraries and
2) Fully supporting both OpenID 1.x and 2.x

It is not yet ready for Drupal 5.
