Field not showing in Chrome, Safari or IE when "Number of values" set higher than 1

When adding a simple imagefield via wysiwyg_fields with both the alpha2 and current dev the field does not show properly in the jquery ui modal in chrome, safari or IE when the fields "Number of values" is set higher than 1. It does however work properly in Firefox.

Clicking on the "+" in the top left corner does properly reveal the fields ui. But the modal itself doesn't how anything unless you click on the "+". When the field is set to "unlimited" then you see the "add another item" button which when clicked basically is the same as clicking the "+"
