Webform emails are blank after update to Webform 6.x-3.14

Hi,

i recently upgraded Webform module to version 6.x-3.14. All of the sudden, all form submition email are coming blank.

I did run the update.php and i cleared the cache, but nothing helped.

Any suggestions?

I also am having a problem with webform submissions being blank after the update, but it only appears to be some of the forms (specifically the ones on my library website). Any help

Webform and Site-Wide Contact Form producing blank emails

All emails coming through Webforms and the Site-wide contact form are sending blank submission emails. The emails received look like this:

Submitted on 10/05/2011 - 12:28pm
Submitted by anonymous user: [140.211.36.254]

Submitted values are:

This is a serious issue for us, and I could really use some help. The folks on the Webform side are trying but because the contact form is involved, it is not likely their issue.

Does anybody have any suggestions at all?

Need assistance, how do I get it?

I have not gotten any response to my question and I am getting desperate. How does a person get assistance on an issue like this? The chat rooms are all empty. I would be willing to 'hire' assistance if I could get some sort of recommendation for an individual that could assist.

Yes, I managed to get it working. Under node/xxx/webform/email select edit on email list and then on email template section, select 'Custom template'

i use

%ip_address
%site
%date

%email_values

as content and all is working fine.

xxx - change to your node number

Let me know if it helps.

I understand the fields you mention above, but do I need to reset this for every form? So I have to locate the node number for every form on my site, and make these changes? I'm concerned because this all worked perfectly before the 6.22 upgrade and I was thinking it was more of a global setting.

Got the same problem, I upgraded my Drupal version from 6.22 to 6.25, no problem there. Then I upgraded my webform module from 6.x-3.14 to 6.x-3.17 and my webforms went blank. Any idea how to fix this other then having to reconstruct all those webforms? :s

edit: the problem seems to be upgrading from 6.x-3.14 to 6.x-3.15 and onward, I also tested it with 3.15 and 3.16, same issue, the forms just go blank

A client of mine is having the same issues as of about a month ago, as far as I can tell none of the files or modules changed they just suddenly started receiving blank emails. I have updated webform (and, incidentally, every other module) to the latest version but we're still getting blank emails. I also tried disabling CAPTCHA but they were still blank. :(

I also use Webform 6.x-3.14 and noticed the problem. We have a webform for people to use in contacting vacation properties listed on our website but I noticed certain ones were always blank (only about 20 out of the 300 or so properties). Turns out only the ones with apostrophes (') in the title were causing the issue.

Not sure how to fix the bug, but I removed the apostrophes and the problem was immediately corrected. Hope that helps.
