Displaying only parent terms

Hey guys,
Is there any way to display only parent terms of a particular vocabulary rather than having the child terms listed as well? I have a vocab that lists all countries and within those counties are groups. I want only the country to show on the vocab page and all group terms to be displayed when a country term is clicked. Currently its displaying parent and children on the same page. Please advise.
