send email to user when question is answered

Issue Summary

I guess it will be nice to send an email to the user when the answer has been posted.
In this way, the user will know when his question has been answered.

Is this feature hard to implement? What do you say?

Indeed, that would be really great!

Some ideas: if a user is posting, one could use his account's e-mail address, if an anonymous user has left his e-mail address, you could use this one.
