Issue Summary
I think it would be nice to have 2 fields in question form, not only one:
1.one field with description of the problem(a big textarea), not mandatory
2.another field with the question(a shorter textarea), mandatory
If the user let the first field empty, the field should not appear on the question page.
What do you say?

I think that this change would make question module too specific for general use.
However, on my list of things to do is to create more documentation on how to customise the module to explain, for example, how to capture additional items on the question form (the IP address, age, or sex of the person asking the question, for example).
