I installed the module and now user language setting is invisible for all user apart from admin's one.
However what should I do when admin wants to see and change the language setting of all users?

Is this issue about having the ability to change any user's language via a permission or the ability to change all permissions in bulk?

If the former, please see: #1606068: Permission to change any users' language. and we can probably close this present issue as duplicate.
