I think you should make the calendar display settings interactive by default. I couldn't figure out how to make dates selectable till i figured out you had to check the settings.

Good suggestion. I will have a better look at all setting defaults, and their descriptions as well, including displaying a warning when e.g. enabling a booking formlet field.

Changed some settings, including the suggested one, but is is based on whether the booking formlet module is enabled. Committed to git.
