Separate display block options

The display options are currently selected using a single selection list with two option groups: content and block.

Option groups can provide their own challenges, namely:

• Option groups are not very common and may confuse users who are not used to differentiating between two identical lists of items based on a title that is displayed inside of a select box.
• Users who understand option groups may still inadvertently pick the wrong option if they are in a hurry and choose "teaser with title" under the block group vs under the content group.

Placing both content and block options under one select box also makes it difficult to provide some additional user interface enhancement such as hiding the weight options when the sub or sibling content is being displayed in a block.

I think the best choice would be to separate the content and block options into two separate selection lists: one to pick whether you want to display sub/sibling content in a block or a menu and another selection list which allows you to pick how you want sub/sibling content formatted.
