I have configured a content type with a Kaltura media field (Video only, allow new content only).

I can click the "Add media" button and get the Flash app open. However, the Next button is not visible, unless I zoom in the page (Ctrl+ +).

The webcam functions properly after clicking the webcam tab and I can record my content, review it, enter the title / tag / description on the next screen, but when I click the Next button and wait for the processing to finish, the Flash app closes and the thumbnail inserted in the field placeholder on the form is a broken image.

At this point we have had varying levels of success. Sometimes saving results in the video being added and a correct thumbnail appearing. Sometimes a generic "Contact the adminstrator" error message appears and the form won't save.

We have tried with Linux / Chrome and Windows / Chrome and both behave more or less the same way.
