I think that from a usability point of view the shortcut of the admin menu should be left-aligned, not right-aligned.

Did a minor tweak - the home icon should be in upper left, and after that the shortcut menu.

Since there is a drop down arrow to reveal/conceal the shortcut menu on the right of the admin menu, I think that there is no usability issue having it right-aligned.
