Google ad code is not compatible with rocket loader of Cloudflare. When rocket loader is used, then ads are not appearing.
So could you please add cf-async="false" inside script tag as mentioned at http://blog.cloudflare.com/combining-javascript-css-a-better-way to resolve the problem?

CloudFlare has actually pushed a number of updates to Rocket Loader recently that should make it less likely for Google AdSense to break. If you're still seeing issues with AdSense and CloudFlare, here's what I would recommend as options:

1. Turn Rocket Loader off.
2. If you still want to use Rocket Loader, try using a script tag to have Rocket Loader ignore the script.

Note: We would also strongly recommend having mod_cloudflare (or equivalent) installed.
