Internet Explore 9 doesn't work with stock filtering

I posted a version of this several days ago on UC forms as well but no one seems to be responding. The more I read about issues people are having with IE9 I'm not sure if it is a UC or drupal problem so I'm posting it hear as well....any help is greatly appreciated as I'm pulling my hair out on this one.

I've had my site up and running for a few years now and had no problems. However we did some updates to mods that needed to be updated. After all updates were complete I started testing to make sure everything worked correctly and found that it did not. On a product page were a customer first selects a size, and then based on the size only the colors that are available, in that size (based on inventory levels mod) should show up. Using IE9 everything showed it was in stock for all sizes and colors…which isn’t correct. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if it worked correctly before the updates because I had not tested with IE9 before we updated....

Basically the uc_attribute_stock_filter mod is what I thought was the problem because it will allow the customer to pick a size, and then allows them to choose a color based on what we have in-stock. At first it made since to me that when you select a size, all colors show up as being available, no filtering seems to be going on, which meant this mod wasn’t working correctly. However, like I said before, after reading several of the problems people are having with IE9, I started testing my site using firefox, chrome or earlier versions of IE everything still works fine.
