I'm using pathauto and when I move a term from taxonomy manager, it change the url too.

hi - do you mean that when you move a term from Vocab1 to Vocab2 that when using pathauto it fails to amend this?

I am seeing this issue, the paths are set up with 'patterns' but the exiting path is kept intact, so rather than using default it becomes a custom path which is a problem.

hope that explains my issue and that it matches your issue.

As far as I know you can configure the pathauto system what should happen with url aliases when an entity gets updated, either create a new one or leave the existing one. In addition the Redirect module could be useful (redirect from the old to the new alias)
Please try different options and report if it works as expect.
