It happen when, for example, credit card expired. the user must be lm_paypal_user_loose_role or lm_paypal_user_loose_group,
too. And email have to send to the corresponding user to alert him.

For your information,when it is the time for a user to pay again but the transaction failed , paypal fire subscr_failed and then it will not fire subscr_eot !!! That mean the user failed to pay will enjoy the service forever without paying!!! Why because the current im_paypal only downgrade the user role/group when it recevie subscr_cancel and subscr_eot.
