views_fusion 5.x-1.0

this is the first 5.x compatible release!

changes since 4.7.x-1.0:

* improved the documentation a bit, documented existing problems with special views
* #112557: fixed handling of distinct. you'll need the latest views development snapshot for this.
* fixed a caching issue, which occurred if one adds a fusion to a view with an existing query cache
* fixes field-values prefixing, so that views can generate the fieldinfo right, needed for CCK's views integration
* #121846 patch by neclimdul: added an extra help text
* #122810 extended node relation module support: nodefamily relations are now supported bidirectional (update nodefamily!), CCK nodereference support is available as patch
