Since upgrading to 6.x-2.1 I see the following errors in my log and the service links no longer show - everything was fine in 2.0:

Warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, 'theme_service_links_node_format' was given in theme() (line 668 of /directory/public/includes/theme.inc).

after reviewing the settings and saving them again (without any changes) the links now show and the errors appear to be gone, I'll update after a few more hours just to be certain...

+1 on this. I reviews the setting (no changes) and the error is gone. I had the impression something changed on the settings page, but did not pay attention before saving.

i guess this is why the themes function have been moved on the external files, so need clean the cache after upgrade
