As per the title, it would be good to include these fields. I'm making one issue for all of them because the code for the 'image' and 'url' fields was created by mcarbone (thanks mcarbone) and is mixed in with the convert to 5.x issue, and I extended that code to deal with the 'file' field (as well as backported it to 4.7) which encompasses the File field conversion issue.

I will post a patch as soon as I get a chance to make one :-)
